We are two French food passionates who thought that we could share our passion with you and offer busy people with the opportunity to enjoy a nice meal whether it is at work for business or at home with family.

Lou Gourmand is therefore a catering company but where other catering or food shops offer the same food, we believe a meal should be like a daily gift, something new you discover in your plate.

That’s what we do!

We cook for businesses and home clients two new menus every day for their lunch and dinner with recipes inspired from French cuisine and we deliver to your door ready to be displayed or reheated in your microwave for example.

There are two menus, a Healthy Menu composed in partnership with specialists of health and fitness and a more extravagant Gourmet Menu for the French food lovers or the special dates.

If you visit our website and browse through the menus offered each day of the calendar, you will see that diversity, pleasure and respect of people’s diet (vegetarian or not) is something we care strongly about. To make it even better, we also advise you on the wines to choose and if you want something different from the menu, we have a Carte of dishes and a shop where we propose seasonal products, a complete range of frozen meals and other specialities from French cuisine we have taken with us to England.
